I like to do my morning cardio on an empty stomach. low to mod intensity. 130bpm. I like a keto diet to stip the fat. as im going into my cut i will strart lowering my carbs every week until only greens and nut and protein is left. I do 20 min of cardio after evening training. this will target fat your muscles will not be over trained and the fat will fall off. this is what works for me. I take two rest days a week.
