Ok so at the moment i am weighing in at 240, its crazy because i gained last week so it was hard i was pretty dissapointed. So im down to 240 thats over 10lbs now.
Everything is coming along i had to go easier this past thursday and friday, my shoulders and arms were killing me from the new diet and workout i had to push myself to get threw it.
Today i have Arms to get done.
I will write the routine down after i get home. Pics to.
Right now im eating breakfast which is Greenbeans/chicken breast and 1 cup of rice.
