Day 2.
My diet from today on will consist of Chicken, Rice and vegetables along with 1 or 2 protein shakes. 3x a day i eat 1 chicken breast 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of greens.
3 gallons of water i am consuming each day.
My workout was cardio and body exercise.
Pushups 4 sets of 25
pull ups 5 sets of 20
crunches. 100
situps 100
sidecrunches 100
lunges
Box sqauts.
I took 80mcg of Clenbuterol Sciroxx and 50mg of Anavar stomach was a bit upset. from 80mg the other day.
I will weigh my self sunday, to let you no what i have lost so far for weight.
